New Sony Ericsson W910i commercial invites you to take the Walkman train ride
I’ve been ranting about the (still) upcoming Sony Ericsson W910i Walkman phone for weeks. Sooner or later I’ll get my hands on one, and test my theory which says the W910i is one of the best non-smart music phones — if not THE best. The commercial you’re about to see briefly demonstrates key features of the device and even invites you to take the Walkman train ride. Or that’s at least what what I see here. It’s Saturday, hence I may not be 100% sober… flash- unannounced Sony Ericsson successor to K850iSony Ericsson's new Havana-colored phones look sexy
O2: nokia 6500, Sony Ericsson W910i and K850i coming in October
We’ve already posted that Motorola Z10 is coming to O2 UK somewhere next month. However, we should add the carrier is also preparing to launch three other cool devices this October. Namely, the nokia 6500 (Slide version is pictured on their site), Sony Ericsson’s ultimate non-smart Walkman phone - W910i, and the best Cyber-shot phone so far - K850i will be available to existing and future O2 customers. While we write this, the banner for the Z10 has been pulled off the site, suggesting we saw this by mistake. Guess Motorola’s waiting for the Symbian Smartphone Show to reveal its new smartphone. Also, what about the iPhone. O2 was rumored as one of the Apple’s top picks for the UK market…

Anyway, interesting times are ahead of mobile phone users in Britain. Vodafone is out with its collection, and so is O2. What about 3 and T-Mobile? Any ideas what these two are working on?

collection covered as well with the goldy Sony Ericsson W880i — something we’ve seen earlier — and this browny W910i. It’s hard to say which one looks better. Ok, W910i is my choice — after all I’m a features kind of guy, and that’s the newer device. Then again, gold is always a tempting color…

Sony Ericsson K770i Cyber-shot passes the FCC hurdle
K770i, is now officially ready to be sold on the U.S. market. This certainly doesn’t mean we’ll see it hitting the local carriers’ store shelves — after all, we’ve seen a number of Sony Ericsson devices approved by the FCC that never started selling in the States. But now, the situation is kinda different especially with AT&T which rapidly started adding handsets from the Swedish-Japanese phone maker to its portfolio. Keep your fingers crossed, cause the single most coolest lookin’ Cyber-shot device may end up in the AT&T stores after all…

Sony Ericsson Z750 hits the FCC; Soon on AT&T?
Sony Ericsson may not have that many fans in the US, but that doesn’t stop the Swedish-Japanese handset maker to slowly grab the bits of the marketshare. Who knows, beside their regular feature phones, they may introduce a smartphone at some point in the future.
Z750i passing the FCC. With the exception of W580i, Sony Ericsson devices for the North American market usually have the “a” suffix. Hack, we’ve even seen the shots of the Z750a model two weeks ago clearly wearing the AT&T badge. Is this the same device? I think it is, and I guess we’ll see it sooner rather than latter hitting the AT&T product pages. Stay tuned…

Maximus who spotted that Sony Ericsson will be rolling out Z750 in purple and in silver colors — actually the latter is called “Platinum Silver.” The specs of course remain the same, and include such things as 2.2″ QVGA screen, 2 MP camera, HSDPA, and Bluetooth 2.0. The main idea seems that they just add more colors and make the device appealing to both sexes. Wondering which colors of the Z750 will be available on AT&T…
