The Sony Ericsson W302, which is also known as “Feng” may be introduced pretty soon. From what we can tell, there’s nothing too special about the device. It’s a low-to-mid range candybar, sporting a 2 megapixel camera with autofocus, 176×220 pixel display, and a music player (it’s a Walkman phone, after all). Sony Ericsson’a A2 software platform is running the show in the background…

The W302, W902 and W595 were launched today in conjunction with the third anniversary of the Walkman brand being slapped onto a mobile phone. Ironically none of these devices have a 3,5 mm headphone jack like other Walkman branded devices, including the first one that went on sale on the first of July in 1979.
Nitpicking aside, both the 302 has a 2 megapixel camera, W595 has a 3,2, W902 has 5 and also interestingly enough comes with an 8 GB memory card. They’re all quadband and are all coming out in Q4 of this year. The W595 and W902 have 2100 MHz HSDPA.

From what we know, 3 will launch the device somewhere in November and will bind it with plans that start from 30 GBP a month. Oh, and let’s not forget the Sony <b>Ericsson</b> TM506’s support for dual-band 3G (UMTS/HSDPA) frequencies - specifically, the 1700Mhz and 2100Mhz bands that T-<b>Mobile</b>’s AWS 3G network requires.</p>
